The finer details
Points are earned on eligible services and products excluding GST and are not earned on gift vouchers or complimentary services.
Points are valid for 12 months. Your tier is based on the points you earn within each 12-month period, so you’ll need to continue earning enough points each year to remain in your current tier.
Membership points and rewards are not transferable.
Points are not redeemable for cash.
